Pondering Pleasure

Simple Pleasures?

They say, "Simple minds
have simple pleasures."
And they may be right.
But I'd prefer to think
that I take pleasure
in the profundity
of simple things.

Of course, that might
just be because
I'm too simple-minded
to know the difference.
